House For Sale Brochure

My grandma is selling her house without going through a realtor to avoid any extra costs, so she asked me to design a brochure advertising her house for sale. It’s in my hometown of Van Wert, Ohio. I attempted to resemble a homie country side feel to the design. The soft round edges of the type and image borders resembles the inviting and comfortable feeling associated with country-side living. I also kept it simple and structured to play into the style.
